After Fred Sands Realty merged with Coldwell Banker, Steve became part of the Coldwell Banker team, where today he is Previews Director of Coldwell Banker Previews Estates in Beverly Hills.

 

Steve has ranked in the elite Top 25 of all Southern California Coldwell Banker agents for fifteen consecutive years, from 1998-2012. And, for the past nine years in a row, from 2004-2012, he has been a member of the Coldwell Banker’s Society of Excellence, representing the top 1% of all agents company wide.
