Leah Lail

Leah Lail is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Southern California with Bachelor of Arts degrees in both German and Humanities. She has lived for over three decades in the Los Angeles area. Ranked in the the top 1% of all Coldwell Banker agents worldwide, Leah Is both a Certified Buyer's Representative and a Graduate of the Realtor Institute.

Leah came to real estate after a successful twenty-plus year career as an actress in both TV and film. She remains an active member of Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Beta Phi, and the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. Having lived in communities across the entire city, ranging from downtown to Malibu, she personally understands the nuances of the various neighborhoods like very few people do. Her personal experiences as a community resident, homeowner and real estate investor make her uniquely qualified to assist buyers in their search for just the right property for their own specific needs and to assure sellers navigate the selling process efficiently and effectively.
